If you have a question, you can ask people directly in group chat. You can ask in any language.

You may or may not get good answers, depending on who happens to be online at the time. Often people appear online but are actually afk.

If you don’t get a good answer, either try again later when there are more people around, or you can search the group for avies with the title “LULU Fashionista”, and IM them. These are Lulu’s voluntary helpers and should be able to give you good advice.
